Commercial hardwood flooring support for builders, designers, and project teams

Material control, finish consistency, schedule awareness, and practical installation planning — with an in-house mill and a showroom your whole team can work from.

Why prefinishing matters

Approve the floor before it touches the site

Some designer-requested colors and effects are better handled in controlled shop conditions than on site — especially processes such as fuming, bleaching, and reactive stains.

Prefinishing lets project teams review color, texture, and finish direction before installation, reducing uncertainty and improving consistency on commercial jobs.

Builder & designer workflow

Five steps from spec to documented floor

The order matters: every step closes a question before the next one opens.

Define the performance and design goal

Traffic, maintenance expectations, and the look the space is meant to hold.

Review species, width, grade, and construction

Solid or engineered, prefinished or site-finished — matched to the subfloor and schedule.

Confirm finish direction with samples

Real boards, real light, real approvals — before anything is installed.

Coordinate installation and subfloor conditions

Moisture testing, flatness prep, and method — glue-down or nail-down — planned with the site.

Document care and maintenance

Products, procedures, and materials on record for the life of the floor.
